VISCOR 1487/AW-2
Fluxing fluid for calibrating injection devices
VISCOR 1487 AW-2 is a mixture of refined and deodorized oil-based solvents. It contains anti-foam additives and additives that improve ageing-resistance, corrosion and wear.
VISCOR 1487 AW-2 is suitable for cleaning the injection device before calibration. It permits its proper operation after a storage period of over 1 year and does not require cleaning the device after calibration. It is prescribed, and properly used, by Iveco and Fiat Auto for calibrating Bosch, Lukas Cav injection devices.
INTERNATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS
SAE J967 and ISO 4113 that comprise, amongst others:
• ASTM D 665 (anti-corrosive properties of oil)
• ASTM D 892 (anti-foam characteristics)
• ASTM D 1748 (protective power against humidity)
