DEOX 01 AL
Acid deoxidizing and pickling detergent

DEOX 01 AL is a liquid acid deoxidizing and pickling compound made for deoxidizing and cleaning ferrous alloys, light alloys and stainless steel. It can be used by immersion or with rags or brushes. When used on aluminium and its alloys, it creates a satin finish during degreasing and deoxidization. It is not recommended on alloys with a high silicon content.
DEOX 01 AL is a clear liquid easy to rinse with a penetrating, wetting and non-abrasive action, useful for eliminating slight scaling of grease and oils, fingerprints and every little deposit, even if invisible.
It is used to clean radiant plants manually, by dipping or by spraying.

Manual use

Use with volume of 10-25% in water, at ambient temperature.
Apply the product on the surface with a brush or soaked rag.
A slight shaking or brushing of the surface speeds up the cleaning process.
Rinse with cold or lukewarm water, preferably pressurised (or with a power cleaner).

Dipping use

Use with 15-25% volume.
Dip the parts for 3-15 minutes.
Rinse with cold or lukewarm water, preferably pressurised (or with a power cleaner).

Spray use

Use with volume of 20-25% in water, at ambient temperature.
Apply with a non-atomising pump (rubber bulb type).
Keep the surfaces moist until the grime is removed.
Light brushing before rinsing will help remove stubborn grime.
Rinse with cold or lukewarm water, preferably pressurised (or with a power cleaner).
