SGRIP LIQUID
Solvent-based water-repellent releasing and penetrating protective spray

SGRIP LIQUID is the liquid version of the SGRIP spray product and was specifically formulated as a water-repellent releasing product that needs no pre-drying and as an anti-rust protective product to use in different machining stages.
SGRIP LIQUID cleans, lubricates and at the same time easily penetrates into rust or carbonaceous deposits, releasing operation of mechanisms, screws, bolts, pins, fixtures, etc.
It is excellent in protecting against rust on metals during storage and for storage under a roof after galvanic, burnishing, paint stripping or alkaline degreasing in a tank operations. It protects parts stored indoors and under a roof in normal conditions for at least 6 months.
SGRIP LIQUID is an amber-colour liquid with the capacity of moving water away from any metal surface with which it comes into contact. When a damp part is dipped into a tank of SGRIP LIQUID, the water will end up on the bottom of the tank, from where it can be drained at appropriate intervals.
Even though it is normally used in dipping tanks, SGRIP LIQUID can be also be used as a spray, with brushes, soaked rags, etc. The protective layer can easily be removed with solvents, alkaline detergents, emulsifiable detergents, or with pressurised hot water.
Flashpoint: about 50°C
